Valentina Conti Saguier is a member of the Corporate team at FERRERE Paraguay. Her practice focuses on corporate law and advice to local and foreign companies on commercial matters and transactions and acquisitions, including due diligence procedures, financings and regulatory matters.

In the regulatory area she provides advice to clients on environmental compliance matters. She has participated in environmental due diligence processes of local companies in transactions with international clients. She also actively advises clients on telecommunications matters.

In the years before joining FERRERE she was a member of the Saguier & Asociados law firm, where she worked primarily in the areas of litigation, legal advice, environmental law and agribusiness.

As part of her academic training, Valentina participated as speaker on the arbitration team for The Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot on three occasions.
