Stephani Bueno

Stephani Bueno focuses on advice to companies on labor, social security and immigration matters. She prepares employment policies, plans benefits and provides support on restructurings.

Stephani Bueno is part of the Labor, Social Security and Migrations Practice. Her practice focuses on advice to companies on labor and social security law, as well as on migration issues related to international staff transfers.

On a day-to-day basis, she advises companies on labor matters, including design of labor policies, benefit planning, hiring, individual and collective negotiations, union disputes, restructuring planning and support, among others.

She has assisted companies in diverse areas of activity, including Kemira, Nike, Pluspetrol, Adium Pharma and Tata Consultancy Services.

Since 2016 she has been on the IEEM faculty, giving seminars and courses on Labor Law and Leadership in the Master’s Program in Health Organization Management. Among other academic and continuing professional training activities, she participates in diverse conferences in Uruguay, on occasion as speaker, and has published articles in specialized magazines on law and corporate matters.

She also participates in the activities of the Global Leadership Summit (Willow Creek Association – Uruguay branch).
