Pedro Córdova is the Director of the Intellectual Property area at FERRERE Ecuador. His practice focuses on Industrial Property Law, Copyrights and Enforcement.
Pedro has worked in the Intellectual Property field at law firms in the city of Quito. In 2010 he created the Intellectual Property area at a traditional Quito law firm, and in 2016 founded an affiliate of the firm for Intellectual Property Matters, of which he was partner and administrator.
Since 2016 he has been a member of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Ecuadorian-US Chamber of Commerce in Quito, where he collaborates as Vice President.
He is a member of the Inter-American Intellectual Property Association, where he sits on the Dispatch Administration Committee. As a result of his membership in the International Trademark Association, he was one of the founding members of the Unfair Competition Committee. He is currently on the Parallel Imports Committee of that institution.
