Pamela Lezcano

Pamela Lezcano is a senior associate and member of the FERRERE Corporate team in Asunción. Her practice is primarily related to corporate, financial and capital markets.

Her professional practice focuses primarily on business, financing and stock market issues. She mainly drafts and designs contracts and regulatory documents for complex transactions and advice to clients, securities brokers, investment advisers and service providers. She has assisted institutions and companies in the securities market area on regulatory aspects related to their incorporation and operation in Paraguay, and issuance of debt titles, participation in investment funds, and shares in the local securities market.

She actively participates in performing due diligence procedures aimed at financing transactions, acquisitions and capital investments. Likewise, Pamela engages in regular advice to international credit entities on financing transactions with financial institutions in Paraguay.

Before joining FERRERE, Pamela was part of the legal department of Banco Atlas S.A. (2007-2013). She graduated with honors as attorney from Universidad Nacional de Asunción (Paraguay) in 2012. Pamela has a master's degree in banking and financial law (LL.M) from Queen Mary University in London (England), where she graduated with merits in 2020. Also, in 2016 she graduated as a Stock Market Operator, authorized by the Stock Exchange of Asunción.
