Myriam is an associate at FERRERE Ecuador and a member of the firm’s Corporate team. She also collaborates on matters involving international negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, and Competition law issues.
As a student she worked as legal assistant with prestigious Ecuadorian law firms, where she accrued sophisticated professional skills in Corporate, Civil and Contract law, among other fields. Before joining FERRERE she was in-house counsel for Edimca S.A. and Aglomerados Cotopaxi S.A., where she advised different areas of these companies on a variety of legal matters.
She was a member of the Academic Committee for the Master’s Program in Property Law at Universidad de Salamanca (Spain).
