Martina González Dinardi

Martina González is a member of the FERRERE Corporate & Commercial and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups, and is also member of the Environmental Law team.

She advises corporate clients on negotiation, review and preparation of commercial and civil contracts. She also participates on legal due diligence teams for corporate purchases, restructuring and merger processes. She assisted Bunge and UPL on a regional transaction in which they jointly acquired a minority stake in the Brazilian company Seedcorp, an agricultural solutions provider.


Martina also is a member of FERRERE’s Environmental Law team. She has participated in environmental due diligence procedures and in advising local and multinational companies on environmental matters, as well as assisting on the preparation and tracking of administrative procedures with the Ministry of Environment.


She earned her degree as attorney from Universidad de la República (Uruguay) in 2022. As a member of the university’s International Criminal Law team, she has participated in diverse international litigation competitions, such as the International Criminal Court Judicial Simulation Competition (Concurso CPI de Simulación Judicial ante la Corte Penal Internacional del IHY) and the Moot Court of the International Principles of Nuremberg Academy and the International Criminal Law Research Unit of Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen- Nuremberg.


Her article on the rights of persons with disabilities (“Repensando la capacidad jurídica: una mirada desde la Convención sobre los Derechos de las personas con discapacidad”) was published in Revista Crítica de Derecho Privado No. 18, and she participated as speaker in the First “Mabel Ubiria” Exchange of Knowledge between Society and the State (Primera Jornada de Intercambio de Saberes entre la Sociedad y el Estado "Mabel Ubiria."
