Over the course of her career she has garnered experience in diverse areas of Law, focusing on providing comprehensive corporate advice, with a special focus on Intellectual Property matters.

She has completed advanced specialization in company Law at Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar (Ecuador), and in civil procedure, arbitration and mediation at Universidad de Salamanca (Spain).

She has been part of some of the country’s most renowned law firms.  She has experience in intellectual property, company and commercial law, real estate law and mediation, and is equipped to offer clients comprehensive and complete advice.

Ecuador: Official statement – National Service of Intelectual Rights (SENADI)

Taking into account the sanitary emergency declared in Ecuador due to COVID-19 (coronavirus), the National Service of Intellectual Rights, SENADI, has resolved to maintain the suspension for the calculation of deadlines and terms for all procedures that are substantiated before the aforementioned Office, until April 5, 2020.

Due to the Sanitary Emergency declared in the country due the COVID 19 (coronavirus), the National Service of Intellectual Rights (SENADI), has informed that all terms that terms to be reached from the 16thuntil the 22th of march, are suspended.
