Jack Dahik is an associate at FERRERE Ecuador and a member of the firm’s Administrative Law, Government Procurement, Public Private Partnerships and Corporate Law.
Jack garnered professional experience in diverse areas of Public Law, as part of the team of the General Legal Advisory Coordination Office at the Ministry of Transportation and Public Works, which he joined in 2011, where he was involved in public procurement, administrative claims and appeals. In 2015 he became part of the Contracts Advisory Area of the Public Space Unit, at the government corporation Empresa Pública Metropolitana de Movilidad y Obras Públicas (EPMMOP), handling pre-contract processes for important works in the Quito Metropolitan District.
Before joining FERRERE he was deputy director for of Services Development at the Commercial Management area of EPMMOP, where he contributed his knowledge to the creation of processes for Public Private Partnerships, in addition to handling the procedures necessary for this public corporation to register as a Government supplier.
