Greta Heber specializes in day-to-day advice to local and international companies, as well as legal audits and mergers and acquisitions. She is a member of the Environmental law team and is involved in ongoing advice, due diligence procedures and projects related to the area.
Greta Heber is a member of the Corporate and Commercial and Mergers and Acquisitions teams. Her practice involves day-to-day advice to local and international companies, as well as legal audits and mergers and acquisitions.
She has also advised clients on project financing and in recent years has participated in numerous renewable energy projects. For example, she collaborated on advising Nordex USA, Inc. on the installation, operation and maintenance of various wind farms in Uruguay.
As a member of the Environmental law team she regularly advises local and multinational companies on queries in this area. She also participates on teams conducting legal due diligence procedures focusing on compliance with environmental regulations. She is also a member of the Environmental Law Commission of the Uruguayan Bar Association.
She has been involved in pro bono activities with the TECHO organization and with the Jubilar high school tutorship program since 2017. She also acts as counsel on family and civil litigation for low-income persons at the Legal Aid office of the Malvín Norte neighborhood in Montevideo.
