Fernanda Roca is a member of the FERRERE Litigation and Arbitration team. She participates in complex commercial and civil litigation.
She is part of the team that for more than a decade has defended international banks in litigation deriving from the 2002 financial crisis, as well as litigation following the 2008 crisis. She has also been involved in commercial arbitrations and in arbitration-related judicial procedures, and in commercial disputes, in particular in connection with distribution contracts.
She is an Adjunct Professor candidate in Procedural Law at the School of Law of Universidad de la República (Uruguay). She has authored articles in collective books on procedural and commercial law.
She has also participated in pro-bono projects for the Vance Center’s NGO and was a volunteer for the housing assistance program Un Techo para mi País.
