Fabrizio Durán is a member of the FERRERE Litigation and Arbitration team, where he works on commercial and investment disputes.
He specializes in cases under ICC International Court of Arbitration rules, in the energy, construction and entertainment industries. He collaborates on local bankruptcy and corporate legal proceedings.
Fabrizio has been involved in diverse local and international academic activities. Among the most noteworthy, he represented the Law School of Universidad Católica (Uruguay) and participated as speaker at the 5th International Investment Arbitration Competition at American University Washington College of Law (USA) in 2018.
He is an instructor in Private International Law at the Law School of Universidad Católica (Uruguay). He has participated as compiler and field researcher in the Konrad Adenauer-Stiftung Foundation Rule of Law Program for Latin America.
