Diego Bohrt’s academic training at prestigious universities and vast professional experience with public utility regulators enable him to provide solid Administrative and Regulatory Law advice to companies having significant interaction with the Government in different areas, primarily telecommunications, electricity, oil and gas, and transportation.
He counsels Bolivian and foreign companies interested in engaging in regulated activities, ensuring rigorous control of compliance with the national legal framework. Another of his practice areas is Antitrust Law, where he provides preventive advice as well as representation in administrative sanction processes.
He has been a consultant to international cooperation organizations as a legal expert in telecommunications, electricity and antitrust matters.
He has broad professional experience with the Superintendency of Telecommunications, Superintendency of Electricity and Superintendency of Hydrocarbons, and in private practice.
