Delma Paz is an associate at FERRERE Bolivia and a member of the Corporate and Commercial team.

In the company law area she advises a large portfolio of clients on an ongoing basis regarding application of good governance practices, including clients in the transport, ports and logistics, energy, pharmaceuticals, foreign trade, food and beverages and technology areas. She also regularly participates in complex transactions, including planning and implementation of company reorganizations, purchase/sale of company interests, legal due diligence processes, dissolutions and liquidations, and negotiation and drafting of shareholders agreements.

She also has significant experience advising local and foreign companies on the preparation and negotiation of complex commercial contracts, including distribution, agency and brokerage agreements, as well as drafting of joint venture agreements between local and foreign companies for participation in public tenders and government contracting.

Prior to joining FERRERE she was a member of a prestigious law firm specializing in tax and corporate advice.

FERRERE assisted Minera Alcira on production agreement with Bolivia

Minera Alcira S.A. signed a mining production agreement with the Bolivian state-owned mining company Comibol and the Ministry of Mining and Metallurgy to produce polymetallic silver in the department of Potosí, in southern Bolivia.
