Carolina Rocha is a member of the FERRERE Litigation and Arbitration team. Her practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation.
In 2015 she participated as oralist at the 8th Latin American International Commercial Arbitration Competition with the Universidad de Montevideo team in Santiago, Chile, and in 2016 she also participated as oralist in the 23rd Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, in Vienna, Austria, and in the Belgrade Open Pre-Moot.
She is an adjunct professorship candidate in the department of Procedural Law of Universidad de Montevideo (Uruguay), and teaches together with the Minister of the Court of Appeals, Dr. Luis María Simón.
In the context of community activities she has participated as volunteer instructor in equinotherapy at Haras San Francisco in Paysandú (Uruguay) and participates as tutor in the Liceo Jubilar secondary school tutorship program.
