Carolina Finfera

Carolina Finfera leads the Intellectual Property practice in Bolivia. She has vast knowledge in trademark registration, patents, and intellectual and industrial property procedures.

Carolina Finfera is an associate at FERRERE’s Bolivia offices and a member of the Corporate & Commercial groups.

Throughout her professional practice, she has specialized in Intellectual Property and has extensive experience in contract and commercial matters as well as Corporate law.

Her practice focuses on advising local and foreign companies on matters related to trademark registrations and the implications that could arise before and during the registration process at the Trademark Registration Office (SENAPI). She also provides legal advice and analysis on corporate foreign investment, organization, commercial agreements and general corporate advice.

Prior to joining Ferrere, Carolina practiced law at other prestigious law firms, and most recently as lawyer at YPFB - Petroandina S.A.M., where she applied her skills to analyzing and reviewing contracts relevant to the gas and oil sector, with special emphasis on upstream activities.
