Agustín Godoy is a member of the FERRERE Administrative and Regulatory Law team.
His practice concentrates on different areas of Public Law, and in particular Administrative Law and Constitutional Law.
His regular work covers issues of telecommunications regulations, as well water and energy use, banking and finance, government procurement, government employment and litigation under Public Law. He has also participated in drafting regulatory bills, bidding conditions, organizational restructurings and infrastructure projects.
He was previously a member of the FERRERE Internacional team at its Aguada Park office. His practice there focused primarily on advice to Free Trade Zone companies on regulatory, corporate and commercial matters.
He is an instructor in Administrative Law at Universidad de la República (Uruguay) as well as at Instituto de Derecho Administrativo (Administrative Law Institute).
