  • It stimulates the installation of Foreign Companies or the subhiring of local ones.
  • Allows imports of raw materials and machinery under a Temporary Admission Regime (tax exemption).
  • Primary Target: Create value through the reprocessing of raw materials for its later reexport. It combines the privileged geographic location with tax exemptions.
