The Inter-American Development Bank?s Multilateral Investment Fund approved a million dollar loan to Banco Regional S.A. of Paraguay to broaden financial services coverage to small and medium rural companies. The transaction included a technical cooperation donation valued at USD 146,000. We represented the IDB in this transaction. FERRERE ASSISTED STRUCTURING THE ACQUISITION OF ARASY S.A. BY HIERBAPAR Hierbapar ? Purchase of Arasy Orgánica. Hierbapar, engaged in the packaging of natural herbs and spices, acquired the Arasy Orgánica firm, which produces, processes and exports agro-industrial products grown naturally in sustainable farm communities. We represented all of the parties in structuring and execution of the deal. |
