Nicolás Jodal, a prominent figure in South America’s technology landscape. He made headlines with the sale of his company, GeneXus, to Globant in 2020. Under his leadership GeneXus became a leading software development company.
Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Nicolás Jodal led Uruguay’s efforts to develop a comprehensive vaccination program. Thanks to his experience in software solutions and long-standing leadership in the field, he was able to coordinate technology companies to work together with health authorities and develop online resources in record time. As a result, Uruguayans had broad access to vaccination everywhere in the country.
