New procedure for registration as regulated entities in the sector of trade of jewelry, precious stones and metals

As of September 19, 2022, individuals and legal entities engaged in the purchase and sale of jewelry, precious stones and metals must register or, as the case may be, re-register as regulated entities before SEPRELAD, through the Integrated System for Reporting Operations ("SIRO"). All individuals and legal entities engaged in this sector must be registered or re-registered in this system no later than January 1, 2023. As from such date, all registration certificates issued by SEPRELAD prior to the approval of the SIRO system will be null and void.
